Kat O'Brian, the Ninth Saviour.

Oracle: Edward Elric. (Full Metal Alchemist)

Weapon: Twin customized swords, possibly elemental, haven't decided yet.

Guardians: Ryou (her muse, a Dark Magician), Zelgadis Greywers of Slayers

Once again, swords based on `Wen-M's designs... he's excellent at designing weapons.

ETA: Fixed a few things, namely added bands around the gloves and added in her bellybutton, which I forgot earlier.
